At Metron Industries, warranty coverage varies depending on product category and model. Customers are advised to review the specific warranty duration mentioned on the respective product page or invoice.
Warranty is valid only against the original purchase invoice and applies strictly to the original purchaser within India.
1. Warranty Coverage by Product Category
A. Mattresses
• Up to 10-Year Limited Pro-Rata Warranty (model dependent)
• 1-Year Replacement applicable only in verified sagging cases as defined below
B. Orthopedic & Rehabilitation Support Products
• 3 / 6 / 12 Months Limited Warranty (as specified per product)
C. Air Mattresses & Medical Support Systems
• Limited warranty as specified per product model
D. Heating Pads & Electrical Therapy Products
• 3 / 6 / 12 Months Limited Warranty (as mentioned on product page)
E. Non-Warranty Products
Certain products may not carry warranty coverage. This will be clearly specified on the product page.
2. Mattress Warranty – Important Conditions
For mattresses covered under pro-rata warranty:

Warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

Sagging must exceed acceptable tolerance levels (visible depression without load).

Normal body impressions from regular usage are not considered defects.

Mattress must be used on a proper flat and supportive base.

Folding, bending, liquid damage, stains, burns or misuse void warranty.
-
To-and-from freight charges are not covered unless specifically approved in writing.
Under pro-rata warranty, coverage reduces proportionately over time. Replacement value (if applicable) is calculated based on usage duration.
3. What Is Covered
Warranty covers:

✔ Material defects
✔ Workmanship issues
All claims are subject to technical inspection and approval by Metron Industries.
4. What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Comfort or firmness preference issues

Cosmetic or fabric changes

Liquid spills, stains or burns

Cuts, tears or accidental damage

Improper storage or handling
-
Unauthorized repair or modification

Rodent or insect damage

Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation

Commercial misuse (unless product is specified for commercial use)
5. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim, please share:

All claims are subject to inspection and verification. Additional information may be requested where necessary.
6. Inspection & Resolution
Upon evaluation, Metron Industries may:

Approve repair

Approve replacement
-
Offer pro-rata settlement (if applicable)

Reject claim if no manufacturing defect is identified
The decision after inspection shall be final, subject to applicable law.
Warranty coverage is limited strictly to repair, replacement or pro-rata settlement of the product and does not extend to installation, labour, freight or incidental expenses unless expressly approved in writing.
7. Freight & Logistics
Unless specifically mentioned:

To-and-from freight charges are not covered under warranty.

Customer may be required to send the product to our service location for evaluation.

On-site service is not guaranteed unless specified.
8. Heating Pads & Electrical Therapy Products – Safe Usage
Safe Usage Guidelines
-
Do not use while sleeping.
-
Always use over a thin cotton layer.
-
Do not fold or twist wires.
-
Do not use on wet surfaces.
-
Do not exceed recommended usage duration (maximum 2 hours per session).
-
Switch off immediately in case of malfunction.
Thermostat auto cut-off is a built-in safety feature and not a defect.
Failure to follow usage guidelines may void warranty and limit liability.
Heating product warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, water exposure, tampering or voltage damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Metron Industries’ total liability exceed the original purchase value of the product as reflected on the invoice.
Metron Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only within India unless otherwise specified.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
