Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Metron Industries, we manufacture orthopedic and comfort support products under structured quality systems. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.

As many of our products are used for personal healthcare, recovery and hygiene-sensitive applications, returns are handled under strict safety guidelines.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Return for Preference-Based Reasons

Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Comfort preference (softness/firmness expectations)

  • Size expectations

  • Incompatibility with personal requirements

  • Product no longer required

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, dimensions and descriptions before placing an order. Our support team is available to assist with pre-purchase queries.


2. Marketplace Orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

If a product is purchased through a third-party marketplace, the return and refund policy of that platform shall apply strictly as per their terms.

Metron Industries does not directly process returns or refunds for marketplace orders.

However, customers may contact us for technical evaluation in case of suspected manufacturing defects by sharing:

  • Clear images or short video

  • Purchase invoice

  • Order details

3. Replacement for Manufacturing Defects Only

Replacement will be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

All claims are subject to evaluation and approval by our Quality Control team.


4. Defect Claim Process (Website Orders)

For products purchased directly from our website:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of identifying the issue.

  • Share clear images or a short video explaining the defect.

  • Provide a copy of the purchase invoice.

Our team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Inspection & Resolution

After evaluation, Metron Industries may:

  • Approve replacement, or

  • Offer repair support (where applicable), or

  • Inform the customer if no manufacturing defect is found

Our objective is to resolve genuine concerns fairly and responsibly.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable unless expressly approved in writing after internal evaluation.

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be limited strictly to the product amount paid (as per invoice).

  • Shipping, logistics and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless specifically approved.

  • Refund processing may take 2–3 weeks from written approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

Time for funds to reflect depends on the customer’s bank or financial institution.

Under no circumstances shall Metron Industries’ total liability exceed the purchase value of the product.


7. Replacement Model Availability

If a replacement is approved and the exact model is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative model of comparable value within the same category.

Such replacement shall be considered full and final resolution.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


9. Hygiene & Safety Consideration

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Customer safety remains our priority.


10. Mattress Warranty (Special Terms)

Mattresses carry a 10-year limited pro-rata warranty, subject to product-specific warranty terms.

  • One-year replacement applies only in verified sagging cases.

  • Transportation (to-and-from freight) is not covered under warranty.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Customers should refer to the product warranty card for detailed terms.
