7. Shipping & Delivery

If a shipment is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, Metron Industries will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
Upon confirmation of loss by the courier:

Any return-to-origin (RTO) or re-dispatch charges may be borne by the customer.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” customers must raise concerns within 48 hours.
8. International Orders
Metron Industries primarily operates within India.
We do not guarantee shipping availability outside India. If an international order cannot be processed due to logistical, regulatory or customs constraints, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If cancelled:

Mattress Warranty
For mattresses:

10-year limited pro-rata warranty applies.

One-year replacement applies only for verified sagging issues.

To-and-from freight is not covered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Metron Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product as reflected on the invoice.
