1. General Usage Guidelines (Applicable to All Products)

Avoid exposure to water unless specifically mentioned.

Do not place products near open flames or extreme heat sources.

Keep away from sharp objects that may cut or damage fabric.

Store in a dry and well-ventilated area when not in use.
Improper usage may reduce product life and may void warranty.
2. Mattress Care Instructions
To maintain comfort and longevity:

Use the mattress on a flat, firm and supportive base.

Avoid folding or bending unless the mattress model is designed to be foldable.

Rotate the mattress (head-to-toe) every 2–3 months to maintain uniform comfort.

Use a mattress protector to prevent stains and liquid damage.

Do not jump or apply concentrated pressure on one spot.

Keep the mattress dry and protected from moisture.
Natural softening over time and minor body impressions are normal and not considered defects.
3. Orthopedic & Support Cushions
(Pillows, Donut Cushions, Wedges, Backrests, Positioners)

Place on a stable and flat surface before use.

Do not apply excessive force beyond intended usage.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Follow washing instructions for removable covers (if applicable).

Do not machine wash foam components unless specifically mentioned.
Comfort feel may vary depending on body weight and usage pattern.
4. Air Mattresses & Medical Support Systems

Inflate only to the recommended pressure level.

Do not over-inflate.

Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.

Ensure proper electrical connection (if motorized).

Regularly check air valves and connectors.
Follow model-specific instructions provided with the product.
5. Heating Pads & Electrical Therapy Products
For safe operation:

Do not use while sleeping.

Always use over a thin cotton layer — avoid direct skin contact.

Do not fold, twist or press heavily on the pad.

Do not use on wet surfaces or with wet hands.
-
Do not cover with heavy blankets for extended periods.
-
Limit each session to a maximum of 2 hours.

Unplug after use and store in a dry place.
If sparking, unusual smell, excessive heat or malfunction occurs — switch OFF and unplug immediately.
Thermostat Safety Feature
When the heating pad reaches the set temperature, the thermostat automatically cuts off and restarts after cooling.
This is a built-in safety feature and not a defect.
6. Cleaning & Maintenance

Removable covers may be hand-washed in cold water (unless specified otherwise).
