Returns Policy

Return & Replacement Policy 

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you can report an issue within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect.

All return and replacement requests are approved only after verification by Metron’s Internal Audit & Quality Team.

Eligibility

A return will be considered only if:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed after our internal audit

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You provide order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue

Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

How to Report an Issue

Email us at info@metronindia.com with your:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the defect

  • Short description of the issue

If approved, we will share the return label and further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without manufacturing defects

  • Used or washed items

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Gift cards

Replacements

If the defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product/model, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only if a replacement is not possible.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
